We do not provide services to individuals under the age of 18, nor do we knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Trusted professional partners may include solicitors, estate planning specialists or other regulated professional advisers. Any organisation receiving your information will be subject to its own privacy obligations.

We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, including for legal, tax, or reporting obligations. For example, if you have a contract with us, we may keep your data for up to seven years after the contract ends.
