There are two separate costs when creating a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Power of Attorney Online service fee

This is the £99 payment per LPA application you make today for us to prepare your LPA documents and guide you through the process.

£92 registration fee per LPA

This is a government fee paid directly to the Office of the Public Guardian when you send your forms for registration.

You can pay the OPG fee by including a cheque with your forms or by card when they contact you after receiving your application.

Your preferences & instructions are recommended but optional.
