1. Eligibility

To join the Programme, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active website, blog, email list or social media following.
  • Provide accurate and complete account information.
    We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions

  • You will earn 20% commission on all qualifying sales made via your unique referral link.
  • A qualifying sale occurs when a customer completes a paid order and does not request a refund.

3. Referral Tracking

  • Referrals are tracked via cookies placed by our affiliate software, AffiliateWP.
  • Our standard cookie window is 30 days.
  • If a user clears cookies or uses a different device, we cannot guarantee tracking.

4. Payouts

  • Commissions are paid monthly, via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • There is a £50 minimum payout threshold. If this is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payment period.
  • All commissions are subject to a 30-day clearance period to allow for cancellations or chargebacks.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Use PPC advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to bid on brand terms such as “Power of Attorney Online” or variations.
  • Use misleading or false claims in promotions.
  • Send unsolicited emails or spam.
  • Pretend to be Power of Attorney Online or imply official endorsement unless authorised.

Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Use of Branding & Materials

  • We provide approved images, banners, and copy for use.
  • You must not alter logos or claim to represent Power of Attorney Online unless explicitly authorised.
  • All promotional materials must reflect our values of trust, transparency and integrity.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
  • If terminated, outstanding approved commissions will still be paid.
  • We reserve the right to remove affiliates who breach these terms, misuse our brand or act in bad faith.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. You will be notified via email of any significant changes. Continued participation after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Power of Attorney Online is not responsible for any damages, loss of income, or issues arising from your participation in the Programme.
